founded by Eric Teckemeyer in 1997. Eric Teckemeyer started his career in 1987 in "News
International Fashion", where he was working with renowned brands as Replay, Blue System by
Jet Set, Harley Davidson, Comfort and PS Jeans. Within only few years Eric Teckemeyer
advanced from Area Manager to Partner with 20% of shares, being responsible for a yearly
sales turnover of 100 million Euros.
Due to a long experience in denim, sportswear, casual and fashion sectors,
e.t.c. Modevertrieb GmbH has run a very successful business right from the beginning.
During the last decade we successfully launched several global brands on the German market,
such as Calvin Klein Jeans, DKNY Jeans and DKNY Active. We also worked with such
fashionable brands such as Fiorucci, Blugirl, Amor & Psyche, Guess by Marciano, Paige,
LIU.JO, Thomas Burberry - the "young line" from the Burberry House, EA7 Emporio Armani
- the sportswear brand of Giorgio Armani and Rock & Republic as well as with many
others.
One important
factor of the companys success is the well- balanced and innovative product mix, consisting
of the most important American global player brands, combined with trendy, high profile
international labels. Today our product portfolio represents a wide product range from
high-end to sportswear. Besides the high-fashion L.A. Brand 7 For All Mankind, it includes
famous, edgy and innovative luxury brands like Rockstars & Angels from the U.S. ,
LaFee Maraboutée from France, Dstrezzed Luxury Vintage from Amsterdam, Daniele Fiesoli
Knitwear from Italy. We always concentrate on long-term partnerships with our suppliers and
customers.
Satisfying the
wishes of our clients is considered to be our most important task. Especially with partners
like Calvin Klein Jeans, DKNY Jeans J.P. Gaultier Jeans, Guess by Marciano, Guess Jeans and
Guess handbags, Dior and EA7 Emporio Armani we have experience in the whole corporate
identity business (bags, fragrances, sunglasses etc.) as well as in building up strong
relations with important high end department stores. The competences of e.t.c. Modevertrieb
GmbH and its profound knowledge of the German fashion market are confirmed by long-lasting
partnerships with suppliers and retailers. Our agency takes individual care of all its
distributed products. The wide-reaching sales structure enables us to deal with high-end as
well as with middle-priced retailers all over Germany, Austria and
Switzerland.
